Qualifikationen
- 15+ years of leadership experience in defense, Army, or related sustainment/industrial operations.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders around strategic objectives.
- Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies and build strategic customer relationships.
- Knowledge of Army Organic Industrial Base operations, funding mechanisms, and stakeholder environments.
- Ability to influence senior government, military, and industry leaders.
Aufgaben
- Advise senior Army leaders on modernization investments and priorities.
- Shape and mature growth opportunities aligned to readiness and industrial modernization.
- Collaborate with teams to develop integrated logistics, cyber, and manufacturing solutions.
- Lead strategic planning, capture activities, and executive engagements to drive growth.
- Represent Booz Allen in senior-level meetings and industry forums and set long-term Army engagement strategy.
