Army Modeling and Simulation Engineer (TS/SCI)

Ballygar AI is seeking a mid-level or senior Army Modeling and Simulation Engineer to support the Army G-2 Foreign Intelligence Directorate with subject matter expertise (SME) on Army modeling and simulation (M&S).

Salary Range: $100,000-$129,000

Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance

Skill Level: Mid/Senior

Location: Arlington, VA

Travel: Up to 15%

Responsibilities

• Provide SME support on Army modeling and simulation to the Army G-2 and related stakeholders.
• Support Army modernization initiatives, including interactions with DIA, Joint Staff, USD(I), and INSCOM.
• Assist with office management, administrative support, and organizational effectiveness within G-2.
• Advise G-2 staff on modeling & simulation efforts and coordinate with external agencies.
• Interpret and develop guidelines for modeling & simulation activities.
• Support threat portrayal certification for M&S events.
• Identify intelligence support shortfalls and recommend solutions.
• Prepare memoranda, briefing materials, and correspondence for senior leadership.
• Conduct briefings to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of experience as an Army Intelligence analyst
• Experience with Army Modeling & Simulation
• Experience in DOD staff roles
