Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc (STI-TEC) is seeking a Supply / Customer Support Specialist to support processing, physical distribution, and logistics for the Texas Army National Guard. The role requires managing DA Form 1687 files, monitoring expiration dates, and ensuring a valid form is on file before issuing government property.

You will assist customers with supply procedures and provide on-site guidance to Supply Sergeants on AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-1, and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of Army supply procedures, AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-1, SOPs/EUMs.
• Tier 1 Investigation.
• CAC card or ability to obtain one.
• Forklift license if/when operating forklift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain DA Form 1687 file for all supported units and monitor expiration dates.
• Submit monthly Non-Compliance Report for DA Form 1687 to COR and PBO.
• Ensure a valid DA Form 1687 is on file before issuing government property.
• Handle inquiries from customers regarding supply/logistics and technical questions.
• Provide on-site guidance to Supply Sergeants on supply procedures and SOPs.
• Resolve customer issues via phone and email; offer comprehensive support.
• Schedule CIF calendar appointments.
