Job summary

Cape Fox Mission Systems (CFMS) seeks a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) to support the US Army, conducting evaluations, providing treatment, and helping maintain psychological readiness. A Secret clearance is required to start, with upgrade to TS/SCI anticipated after hire.

Role involves working within military policies, collaborating with OTSG/MEDCOM and DHA, and delivering crisis interventions and group therapies as part of a comprehensive behavioral health program.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work with active license (LCSW).
• Graduate from CSWE-accredited program and education.
• Minimum four years of post-licensure clinical social work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to soldiers and family members.
• Conduct psychological evaluations and establish diagnoses per APA standards.
• Deliver crisis intervention and case management as needed.
• Collaborate with military medical and leadership teams.
• Prepare formal briefings and training materials for INSCOM leadership.
