Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Army JROTC program at the assigned location.
• Conduct the Army JROTC program in accordance with USACC regulations.
• Prepare annual operational plan and yearly schedule for cadets.
• Recruits cadets and markets the Army JROTC program in the school and community.
• Teach JROTC cadets and achieve curricular requirements and learning standards.
• Coordinate summer camp attendance and related activities.
• Develop professional qualifications through trainings and conferences.
• Assist cadets with scholarships and service academy applications.
• Plan extracurricular activities like color guard and drill teams.
• Ensure safety and compliance with all Army and school guidelines.
