Job summary

Link Solutions, Inc. in Sierra Vista, AZ seeks an Army Golden Master (AGM) Functional Area Expert to support the Army DoD network and cyber operations. You will deliver SME-level development, automation, deployment, and integration across enterprise environments, applying MSI, MSIX, Intune, Azure and cloud tools.

You will collaborate with government and contractor teams to drive secure, scalable, and standardized IT solutions, contributing to modernization initiatives and mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, IS, or a related field.
• Eight+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT operations and related environments.
• Level III certification (CASP+/SecurityX, CISSP, CCNP Security, CISA, or equivalent).
• Experience with application packaging and deployment technologies (MSI, MSIX, InstallShield, etc.).
• Experience administering Windows Server, Linux, and SQL Server environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Enterprise Management deployments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, design, development, engineering, integration, and technical support for the program.
• Design, develop, test, package, deploy, and manage enterprise applications using MSI, MSIX, Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Management, and related deployment tech.
• Create and maintain automation, scripting, and orchestration solutions using PowerShell and Python.
• Design, develop, maintain, and support Army Gold Master builds and deployment baselines.
• Administer Windows Server, Windows desktop, Linux, SQL Server, and related enterprise infrastructure.
• Install, configure, support, and maintain Microsoft, third-party, cloud-based software across hybrid environments.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint Online environments and workflows.
• Provide administration and technical support for Azure DevOps, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and related cloud platforms.
• Administer and maintain physical and virtual infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, virtualization).
• Support systems integration, migration, testing, deployment, modernization, and directory services integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across enterprise, cloud, and multi-platform environments.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and configuration records.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support NETCOM solutions.
• Evaluate emerging tech and provide recommendations to improve security and efficiency.

Link Solutions is seeking an Army Golden Master (AGM) Functional Area Expertto join our team in Sierra Vista, AZ.

The Army Golden Master (AGM) Functional Area Expert will support the Army Department of Defense Information Network Cybersecurity and Network Operations Mission Support (ADCNOMS) program, providing technical expertise to the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) in the delivery of standardized, secure, and modern enterprise solutions.

You will serve as a subject matter expert for Army Golden Master development, automation, software deployment, enterprise integration, and cloud-enabled technologies, helping to drive consistency and efficiency across Army IT environments. Collaborating with Government and contractor teams, you will support the implementation of scalable solutions that enhance cybersecurity, streamline operations, and improve end-user capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide planning, design, development, engineering, integration, and technical support for the program and initiatives.

• Develop and maintain SharePoint Online environments, workflows, user interfaces, and collaboration solutions.
• Provide administration and technical support for Azure DevOps, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and related cloud and development platforms.
• Administer and maintain physical and virtual infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization technologies.
• Support systems integration, migration, testing, deployment, modernization, directory services integration, and application interoperability initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across enterprise, cloud, and multi-platform environments.

• Experience administering Windows Server, Windows desktop, Linux, and SQL Server environments.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Management, and enterprise software deployment solutions.
• Experience with Visual Studio or comparable development environments.
• Experience supporting virtualization technologies, enterprise infrastructure, and hybrid environments.
• Experience developing technical documentation, system designs, configuration management artifacts, and architectural documentation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and technical writing skills.

Preferred:

• Microsoft enterprise certification (MCSE or equivalent).
• Experience supporting NETCOM, Army Enterprise environments, or Department of Defense modernization initiatives.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience with Elastic, SIEM platforms, cybersecurity operations, or enterprise logging solutions.
• Experience supporting virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and modern endpoint management solutions.
