Job summary

The Ascendancy Group is seeking a Gunners Mate/Armorer Support Technician in Coronado, California, to provide logistics support services for NSWG-1. The role involves assisting with the operation of the armory and ensuring safe handling of ammunition.

Applicants must have at least 5 years of AA&E experience, 2 years as an Armorer, and a SECRET clearance. Proficiency with the Navy Ordnance Information System and Microsoft Office is required. The position is contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of direct AA&E experience.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years as an Armorer.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling and storage of ammunition and explosives.
• Process documents for ammunition issue and maintain accountability.
• Advise LOGSU-1 Weapons department on ordnance matters.
