Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Armorer 3 level preferred.
• 0–2 years of tech training in mechanical, electrical, or automation fields; certification a plus.
• Entry-level familiarity with automated assembly line tech; eager to learn equipment programming and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain assembly technologies to power the production line.
• Perform basic setup and maintenance of lasers, presses, and conveyors under supervision.
• Assist in programming MES, laser machines, and OCR systems with guidance from senior techs.
• Ensure tooling is provided, calibrated, and in good condition for quality standards.
• Conduct tests and adjustments to maintain high product quality on the line.
• Identify and help resolve minor equipment issues; escalate complex cases.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation for compliance.
• Assist in training teammates to improve tool use and efficiency.
• Uphold environmental health and safety principles and contribute to continuous improvement.
