Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and Armorer 3 level.
• 0–2 years of technical training in mechanical, electrical, or automation systems preferred.
• Proven firearms assembly expertise at the Armorer 3 standard.
• Willingness to learn equipment programming and maintenance under supervision.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues with assembly equipment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team and management.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain technologies powering the assembly line.
• Set up and maintain laser machines, presses, and conveyors.
• Assist with MES, laser, and OCR programming under supervision.
• Ensure tooling is maintained and calibrated to meet production and quality standards.
• Conduct tests and adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Identify and resolve minor equipment breakdowns and escalate complex issues.
• Adhere to safety standards and document compliance.
• Assist in training and supporting team members.
• Contribute to environmental health and safety principles and company values.
• Participate in company initiatives to improve Safety, 6S, Quality, Delivery and Productivity.
