Job Summary

As an Armored Security Guard (Route Team Member), you will operate an armored vehicle, overseeing the safe pick-up and delivery of cash and valuables, ensuring each stop is performed with professionalism and precision. You will start as a trainee with potential to advance to a team member and then a manager, based on performance.

Compensation

We offer a guaranteed minimum hourly pay ranging from $17 to $25 based on seniority, with potential earnings up to $30 per hour including commissions. Additionally, quarterly bonuses of $750-$3000 are available for maintaining safety and security.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security of team members and vehicles
• Operate vehicles safely and proactively
• Deliver or pick up valuables
• Service gaming machines, pay vaults, and ATMs
• Reconcile deposits and receipts
• Process cash and orders in transit
• Perform guarding duties and other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

We value hardworking, trustworthy, honest team players with a commitment to customer service. Prior experience in armed courier or driving roles is preferred but not essential.

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Completion of DOT requirements
• Security experience preferred
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Valid F.O.I.D card for Illinois
• Ability to obtain security permits for Wisconsin
• Firearm training is a plus
• Clean background check
