Baker Hughes is seeking an ARMO Tech – Electro Mech I to support electro‑mechanical assembly in an industrial environment.

You will read technical documentation, assemble components, and follow formal procedures while adhering to safety and quality standards. This role emphasizes basic soldering, documentation, and teamwork in a shop setting.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant industrial experience (airline, military, oilfield, automotive).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly documentation.
• Basic soldering and electro-mechanical assembly skills.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and parts lists.
• Follow formal procedures, work instructions, and maintenance practices.
• Perform basic soldering and assembly of electro-mechanical devices and components.
• Use standard hand tools and equipment per safety and quality requirements.

Fueling Your Passion

As an ARMO Tech – Electro Mech I, you will support electro‑mechanical activities by reading technical documentation, assembling components, and following formal procedures and maintenance practices. You will apply basic technical skills and use standard tools to support shop and operational requirements in an industrial setting.

As an ARMO Tech – Electro Mech I, you will be responsible for:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and parts lists.
• Following formal procedures, work instructions, and maintenance practices.
• Performing basic soldering and assembly of electro‑mechanical devices and components.
• Using standard hand tools and equipment in accordance with safety and quality requirements.

To be successful in this role you will:
