Speed Shift Media seeks an ARMHS Program Supervisor/Outpatient Therapist in Mankato, Minnesota. This unique position combines supervision duties with outpatient therapy to enhance mental health services for adults and children. Qualified candidates must hold a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and be independently licensed as LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
• Independently licensed as LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT in Minnesota.
• Experience with adult mental health services is required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor submission of assessments and treatment plans.
• Oversee changes in treatment strategies and communicate effectively.
• Review and sign off on compliance of treatment plans.
• Coordinate assignment of caseloads.
• Lead supervisory meetings for ARMHS practitioners.
• Review recipient surveys and promote professional growth.
