Residential Transitions, INC. is seeking an ARMHS Mental Health Practitioner to provide support to individuals in the community. This full-time role involves managing client schedules and documenting their progress towards treatment goals.

ARMHS Mental Health Practitioners provide support to our clients living in the community within the guidelines of each recipient’s Individual Treatment Plan. They are required to collaborate and actively listen to support each person that is being served, and follow up by appropriately documenting visits and objectively recording progress and progression towards the recipient’s desired treatment goals in areas of communication skills, community living, interpersonal skills, crisis intervention, skill development, and healthy living habits. You will report to the program manager, and have no direct reports. This is a Full-Time position.
Compensation: $44,000 - $46,000 a year
