Agency is seeking an Armenian Language Expert – AI Trainer to help shape next-generation language models. You will converse with the model in Armenian, verify linguistic accuracy, and document error traces to improve model reasoning and cultural nuance.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Linguistics or related field with experience in teaching or translation, and can communicate clearly by showing their work. This is a remote contractor role with hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community work signals fit.
• Strong metacognitive communication—documenting reasoning and showing work—essential.

Responsibilities

• Converse with the model in Armenian across a wide range of topics to verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failures to improve model performance.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics based on observed errors.
