Pay Rate: $20.80 per hour

Part-time PM shift

Responsibilities

• Check identifying numbers or seals on deposit bags against receipts or manifests.
• Count items, record amounts and serial numbers, sign and date receipts and manifests.
• Load/unload wagons or carts with coin bags/boxes.
• Sort cargo items by route.
• Communicate with co-workers and customers via telephone.

Requirements

• Ability to load/unload currency, checks, and coin weighing approximately 50 lbs. multiple times during a shift.
• Ability to push loaded wagons, carts, and buggies.
• Repetitive bending, stooping, squatting, standing, walking, climbing, twisting, reaching.
• Ability to lift items weighing about 50 lbs. from the floor.
• Continuous walking between vaults, bins, counters.
• Stand on concrete floors for about 80% of shift.
• Good handwriting for recording and signing.
• Basic math skills for counting and balancing.
• Valid firearms permit or ability to pass firearms requirements.

Working Conditions

• Work in a vault room with little or no outside light.

Essential Functions/Qualifications

• Maintain a stooped or squatting position for sorting.
• Walk continuously between vaults and counters.
• Stand on concrete floors most of the shift.
• Speak and read English sufficiently for communication and reading documents.
• Record numbers and make report entries.
• Meet state requirements for handgun license or security officer certification.
• Complete a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) including lifting, pushing, hand strength tests.
