Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent observation and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (record required upon hire).
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned sites.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incidents or criminal activity, on foot or in a vehicle.
• Maintain a strong, visible presence to deter suspicious or unlawful behavior.
• Conduct regular patrols of client properties to identify threats or safety concerns.
• Observe, identify, and report unusual conditions, activities, individuals, or vehicles.
• Take action to protect persons and property.
• Respond to and de-escalate conflicts or emergencies as necessary.
• Address public concerns, complaints, or questions professionally.
• Escort unauthorized individuals from premises when required.
• Complete accurate incident and activity reports.
• Perform other related duties to ensure client safety and smooth site operations.

This is a fast-paced position with some weekends required, so we're looking for an individual with experience in the security field who can handle stress well and remain vigilant under pressure.
