Job summary

Brink’s U.S., a division of Brink’s, Incorporated, seeks an Armed Security Cash Transport Guard (LLV) to secure cash shipments and protect valuables for financial institutions and retailers. You will join a team trusted with the safe pickup, transport, and delivery of high-value cargo across assignments, while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, vigilance, and the ability to operate under demanding conditions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Meet Department of Transportation requirements.
• Valid firearms permit or be able to pass firearms licensing requirements.
• Guard card or required licenses.
• Chauffeur’s license (Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan residents only).
• Maintain tactical procedures to ensure a secure environment.
• Complete internal training for the position.

Responsibilities

• Guard and maintain the safety and security of our employees, armored truck, and liability at all times.
• Deliver or pick up valuables at customer locations.
• Dispatch personnel to ensure successful transactions.
• Remain alert and prepared at all times, protecting people and premises from loss.
• Reconcile customer deposits and receipts of valuables handled daily.
• Provide service to customers' ATMs including loading/unloading currency and clearing jams.
• Follow all procedures and regulations relating to safe handling of firearms.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Guard liability and assets.

The Security - Cash Transport Guard (LLV) Role

Brink’s Security Cash Transport jobs are exceptional opportunities for highly motivated individuals with the unique combination of strong customer service skills added to their knowledge of tactical security strategy in protecting high-value goods. Additional responsibilities include:

• Guard and maintain the safety and security of our employees, armored truck, and liability at all times
• Deliver or pick up valuables at customer locations
• Dispatch personnel to ensure successful transactions
• Remain alert and prepared at all times, not only protecting yourself or premises against attack, but also watching for accidents that could result in a loss
• Reconcile customer deposits and receipts of all valuables handled during daily business
• Responsible for providing service to customers' ATMs including loading/unloading of currency, changing of receipt paper, clearing of paper jams/debris as needed
• Follow all applicable procedures, policies and regulations relating to the safe and lawful carrying, handling, care, security and use of firearms
• Provide excellent customer service
• Guard liability and assets

The Qualifications You Must Have

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
• Satisfy all applicable Department of Transportation requirements
• A valid firearms permit OR ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements
• Ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses
• Chauffeur’s license OR ability to obtain one (Indiana, Louisiana, and Michigan residents only)
• Ability to maintain tactical procedures to ensure a secure environment
• Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position.
