Job summary

Brink’s U.S. seeks an Armed Security Cash Transport Guard (LLV) to securely transport cash and valuables to banks and clients. You will guard assets, ensure safe deliveries, and uphold strict safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are at least 21 years old, physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, and able to obtain a firearms permit and required licenses. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years and ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• DOT compliance and firearms license eligibility required.
• Guard card or license and potential regional chauffeur license.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Guard and maintain safety of employees, armored truck, and assets at all times.
• Deliver or pick up valuables at customer locations.
• Dispatch personnel to ensure successful transactions.
• Remain alert, protect premises from loss and accidents.
• Reconcile deposits and receipts of valuables handled daily.
• Service ATMs, load/unload currency, and clear jams as needed.
• Follow procedures for safe handling of firearms and conduct.
• Provide excellent customer service and protect liability/assets.
• Maintain operational readiness and security posture.

Security - Cash Transport Guard (LLV) Role

Inside every iconic Brink’s truck is a team member working for their customers and our historic legacy. We prepare, guard, and deliver cash shipments and connect money from one place to the next. Brink’s Security Cash Transport jobs are exceptional opportunities for highly motivated individuals with the unique combination of strong customer service skills and knowledge of tactical security strategy in protecting high‑value goods.

Responsibilities

• Guard and maintain the safety and security of employees, armored truck, and liability at all times.
• Deliver or pick up valuables at customer locations.
• Dispatch personnel to ensure successful transactions.
• Remain alert and prepared at all times, protecting premises from attack and watching for accidents that could result in a loss.
• Reconcile customer deposits and receipts of all valuables handled during daily business.
• Provide service to customers' ATMs including loading/unloading of currency, changing of receipt paper, and clearing of paper jams/debris as needed.
• Follow all applicable procedures, policies and regulations relating to the safe and lawful carrying, handling, care, security and use of firearms.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Guard liability and assets.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Satisfy all applicable Department of Transportation requirements.
• A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements.
• Ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses.
• Chauffeur’s license or ability to obtain one (Indiana, Louisiana, and Michigan residents only).
• Ability to maintain tactical procedures to ensure a secure environment.
• Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment verification, background check and drug screening as permitted by applicable law.
