Brink’s seeks an Armed Transport Guard to join our New London, CT operation. The Messenger III performs secure transport, custody, documentation, and ATM service, upholding safety and accuracy on routes with strong customer service skills.

Role involves handling cash and valuables, performing ATM replenishment and basic maintenance, and reconciling transactions with minimal supervision. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in secure transportation, cash handling, ATM service support, or related field operations.
• Experience handling route exceptions, transaction discrepancies, or complex stop activity with limited supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet local licensing, certification, firearm, or clearance requirements where applicable.

Provides informal guidance to others and helps sustain security, accuracy, and customer service quality on route. Typical work includes secure deliveries and collections, ATM replenishment and first-line maintenance support, route issue handling, and transaction reconciliation.
