Job summary

Absolute International Security in Southern California is seeking an armed transit security guard to protect trains, passengers, and property. You will patrol, monitor access points, and respond to incidents with a professional demeanor.

The role requires a customer-service mindset, a neat appearance, and the ability to operate under varied weather and long shifts. You will work a swing schedule Saturday through Tuesday with regular pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to write clear and accurate reports.
• Physically capable of standing and patrolling for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visible deterrent to prevent rule violations and unsafe behavior.
• Perform armed foot patrols of the assigned area including platforms and parking lots.
• Monitor entrances and vehicles, log visitor activity and access points.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, and coordinate with responders.
• Prepare incident reports and daily activity logs with clarity and accuracy.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow post orders and procedures.
