Job summary

Cambridge Security Services in Boca Raton, FL seeks an Armed Security Supervisor to oversee site security, manage a team of guards, and ensure the safety of people and property.

The ideal candidate holds Florida D and G licenses, a valid Driver's license, a high school diploma, and 4 years of armed security experience with 3 years supervising; this is a full-time position with benefits and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer candidate with Military, Law Enforcement, or Corrections background.
• Must possess a current G Security Officer License issued by Florida.
• Pass a mental health assessment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical safety and security of facilities, people, vendors and visitors.
• Lead a team of security personnel in day-to-day duties.
• Ensure staff is adequately equipped and trained.
• Develop training plans and maintain records.
• Develop and maintain a physical security plan for all facilities.
• Manage and report security incidents to top management.
• Oversee security checks, surveillance, and monitoring.
• Authorize access to facilities and ensure controlled access.
• Maintain and review security records and report trends.
