Job summary

You will perform inspections, train new officers, respond to alarms, and manage shift coverage while reporting daily on-site activities. Candidates must be 25+, have a high school diploma or GED, and at least 3 years of supervisory security experience; valid firearms status where permitted.

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass criminal background check, motor vehicle registration check, and drug test.
• At least 3 years of supervisory security experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Security Officers and patrols.
• Respond to alarms, client needs, and changes in service requirements.
• Inspect posts for compliance with post orders, Walden procedures, and general security practices.
• Maintain the Daily Inspection Report (DIR) and ensure timely reporting to managers.
• Relieve posts during shifts and manage staffing to fill vacancies.
• Monitor doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are secure.
