A valid driver's license and proximity to the 77807 area are required. Proficiency in completing digital incident reports, basic knowledge of smartphone usage, and an active Level 3 security license are essential. Familiarity with security software and tools is beneficial. As a full‑time supervisor, individuals should demonstrate strong communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while leading a small team.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• At least 3 years’ experience in security
• Prior military or law‑enforcement experience preferred
• Level 3 card in hand
• Driver’s license
