Job summary

Qualifications

• Active DC Armed SPO/permit and Baton.
• O.C. aerosol spray certification.
• Handcuffing tactics and instruction.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor exterior and community areas on-premises.
• Control access of entrances and exits and departure of employees/visitors.
• Monitor surveillance cameras for disruptions or unlawful activity.
• Provide detailed daily activity and incident reports.
• Maintain credentials per contract requirements.
• Operate magnetometer and X-ray machines as directed.
• Communicate clearly via two-way radios.
• Respond with CPR/First Aid when needed.
• Report to Supervisor or Project Manager.
