Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen, or eligible for employment in the United States.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Minimum age 21 years old.
• Three years verifiable experience in U.S. military, corrections, security and/or law enforcement.
• Complete Texas Private Security Level III Training within previous 30 days or have Texas PSB Level III License in hand.
• Clean criminal history and ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Honorable discharge from the military if applicable.
• Employment contingent upon a favorable background investigation.
• Ability to don required protective gear and maintain weapon proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal guard services including entry control points and armed escort operations.
• Provide high-quality customer service to guests, residents, employees and contractors.
• Conduct roving mobile patrols in designated areas.
• Screen vehicles and personnel at entry points.
• Protect equipment and personnel on site.
• Maintain weapons qualification and proficiency with assigned weapons.
• Work up to 12 hours in challenging conditions (heat, cold, wind, dust, rain, snow).
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
