Job summary

DZConneX Solutions Ltd is seeking an Armed Security Guard (Full-Time) to join our Security Team in Memphis, TN. You will patrol, monitor, and protect people and assets at the site, enforcing access control and responding to incidents with professionalism.

This role requires a TN armed security license, 2 years of armed security experience, and the ability to work onsite. We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of armed security experience.
• Must pass reference checks, background checks, drug testing, and a fitness-for-duty evaluation.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a state-issued armed security guard license; TN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the assigned property to prevent security breaches and deter activity.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and control access points.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, emergencies, and incidents promptly.
• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance by employees and visitors.
• Document daily activities and incidents with detailed reports.
