Job summary

DK Security, Inc. in Battle Creek, MI is seeking Armed Security Officers to protect the site, control access, and provide professional customer service on extended shifts. You will be part of a team ensuring a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors.

Candidates must hold a Michigan CPL and a valid Michigan driver license, pass a drug screen, and complete the PAT within 90 days of hire. CPR/First Aid/AED certification is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Michigan Concealed Pistol License (CPL) and Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening at time of hire and regularly thereafter.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guard posts at entry/exit points of local base.
• Conduct foot & vehicle patrols of the grounds to ensure a safe environment.
• Check identifications for employees, vendors, and visitors.
• Deter and report suspicious activity; document daily activities and incidents.
• Follow site post guidelines and operate within post instructions.
