Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• License requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Background check and drug screening as per laws.
• Ability to operate scheduling and billing software and generate reports.
• Demonstrates sound judgment, maturity, and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services at a designated site.
• Act as liaison between customers, Operations Managers and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
• Communicate staffing needs and participate in interviewing quality candidates.
• Ensure officers receive training and performance evaluations.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and effectively at the client site.
