We are hiring an Armed Security Shift Supervisor at a Transportation Site in San Jose, CA.

Pay Rate: $26.23 / Hour

Shift: Graveyard / Friday to Tuesday 2300 - 0700

Requirements:

• Active Guard Card
• Active CA .40 Exposed Firearm Permit
• Valid Driver's License (AU Driver Policy Requirements)
• Level 1 Certificate (Power to Arrest and Appropriate Use of Force)

The Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate service delivery on a specific shift, act as a liaison between site supervisor, account manager, and officers, and provide coaching and discipline within authorized parameters.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 21 years old
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare reports and logs neatly
• Understanding of operating procedures
• State/local licensing compliance
• Driving position requirements: valid license, clean record, insurance, and driving experience
• Background check and drug test completion
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to handle crisis calmly
• Customer service skills
• Physical ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, and stand for long periods
