As an Armed Security Professional - Morning Shift in Manson, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more .

As an Armed Patrol Officer in a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining clear communication with staff and visitors. This armed post requires professionalism and a commitment to upholding a secure environment, while embodying our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork. You will play a key role in supporting a caring culture that puts people first and always acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for security-related incidents.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide assistance as required.
• Document and report any security-related incidents or unusual activities according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel when appropriate.
• Adhere to all post orders and instructions specific to the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• North Carolina Armed Security Professional License is preferred.
• Armed Guard Card or License is preferred.
• North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
