Fortified Risk Group in Henniker, NH, is seeking an Armed Security Agent for a safety-sensitive, part-time, in-person role. Responsibilities include patrols, property protection, incident reporting, and enforcing location rules to ensure client security.

A valid Armed Security License is required, with prior law enforcement or military experience preferred. Starting pay is $28.00 per hour with flexibility for shifts.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• Armed Security License required.
• Law enforcement experience preferred.
• Military experience preferred.
• Comparable security experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of world-class customer service and security operations to all clients.
• Protect the business’ property, staff, and the environment by keeping the location secure.
• Apprehend trespassers and remove people who violate location rules.
• Report suspicious incidences to management in detail.
• Defend property, staff, and environment within legal guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, building, and perimeter.
