Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer Patrol Driver in Florida to protect client sites through vehicle and foot patrols, access control, and incident response. You will monitor premises, enforce site rules, respond to alarms, and complete detailed reports while maintaining a highly visible security presence.

You will interact with clients and the public, providing professional customer service with trained readiness.

Qualifications

• Valid state armed security officer license or guard card
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Completion of firearms training meeting state requirements
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification preferred
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Knowledge of basic security, safety, and emergency procedures
• Report writing and incident documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of assigned properties to deter and detect suspicious activity
• Control access to facilities and verify identification of employees, visitors, and contractors
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies following established post orders
• Complete clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Maintain readiness and lawful use of assigned firearm per company policy and regulations
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and emergency responders
• Monitor CCTV or other security systems as required by site procedures
• Enforce site rules, safety policies, and client-specific protocols
• Participate in required training, drills, and recertification activities
• Report hazards, maintenance issues, and security concerns promptly
