Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Armed Patrol in Fairfax, VA. The role involves patrolling healthcare locations, maintaining a visible security presence, and responding to security concerns with professionalism and care.

As an armed patrol officer, you will support patients, visitors, and staff, provide exceptional customer service, and adhere to site procedures. The position is full-time with a daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with restraints and crowd control tools is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned areas.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization; report suspicious activity.
• Maintain incident reports and patrol documentation per site procedures.
