Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an armed security officer to provide high‑level security and customer service at a Midland retail site. You will conduct regular patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents with professionalism and teamwork.

The role requires a valid Texas Level III Armed Certification, a current driver’s license, and a commitment to protecting clients and shoppers while reporting findings to site management.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of related security experience (armed preferred).
• Valid Texas driver’s license and Level III Armed Certification.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services and customer service at the retail site.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the location including sales areas and entrances.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and disturbances calmly and professionally.
• Monitor access points and deter unauthorized access and theft.
• Prepare clear incident, patrol, and observation reports for site management.
