Job summary

OPS Security Group is seeking Physical Security Officers (PSOs) to work in demanding environments including medical centers, government facilities, hospitality venues, and public events. PSOs may be required to carry a firearm, and their mission is to protect people, information and property while delivering high-end customer service.

Qualifications

• Must possess ACT 235 certification and be legally eligible to work.
• Applicant should be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year armed security experience is recommended.
• Able to pass PAT and ASO training and drug screen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation and strong time management are needed.
• Ability to de-escalate conflicts and maintain professionalism.
• Proficient firearms skills and extensive use of force knowledge.
• Must pass background checks, urinalysis, and OPS training requirements.
