PGSUSA is seeking an Armed Security Officer at our Milwaukee, WI location. The role involves maintaining a visible professional presence, responding to incidents, and de-escalating tense situations while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include documenting incidents, collaborating with law enforcement as needed, and inspecting premises for risks. A valid armed security license and a high school diploma are required, with background checks and drug testing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid armed security license.
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments while demonstrating professionalism and sound judgment.
• Must pass a background check and drug test screening.
• One of our facilities in Detroit MI.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a visible and professional presence to deter illegal activities and ensure the safety of personnel, visitors, and property.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Use excellent customer service and communication skills to deescalate tense or potentially violent situations.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
• Accurately document and report incidents, activities, and observations using company-approved forms and protocols.
• Inspect the premises for security risks, hazards, or violations and report findings to the appropriate personnel.
