Allied Universal in Lubbock, Texas is hiring an Armed Security Officer to provide armed protective services at a high profile site. Duties include patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, incident reporting, and customer service.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid armed guard license, and certifications (CPR/AED, firearms, NWDTP). You must be 21+, and have 1+ year armed security or military experience. Pay rate is $30.67 per hour; full-time, weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current driver’s license if driving a company or customer owned vehicle.
• Licensing requirements may be required per state/local laws.
• Must possess, or be able to obtain, CPR/AED and First Aid, firearms qualifications, NWDTP, OC/Baton, and de-escalation certifications.
• Minimum of two years armed security experience or military service or armed civilian law enforcement experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to operate radio/telephone equipment and monitor consoles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide armed protective services per Allied Universal standards.
• Armed patrols, access control, CCTV and alarm monitoring, incident reporting, and customer service.
• Ensure safety of personnel, visitors, and property by deterring threats and enforcing procedures.
• Respond to emergencies with professionalism and adherence to security protocols.
