Job summary

DK Security, Inc. is seeking an Armed Security Officer in Whitmore Lake, MI to protect facilities, people and assets as part of a dedicated team. You will manage access control, monitor security systems and respond to incidents according to site guidelines.

The ideal candidate is 21+, holds a valid CPL, and can pass a drug screen. Shifts are 8–12 hours, requiring physical stamina and a professional image while delivering top-notch customer service to clients and visitors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a current, valid Concealed Pistol License (CPL).
• Must pass a drug screening and comply with federal marijuana laws.
• Must not have felonies or other disqualifying offenses as outlined by state law.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol for 8–12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols at the site.
• Control access and verify employee or vendor identifications.
• Monitor CCTV cameras for safety and security.
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors, staff and executives.
• Respond to emergencies and keep clients and operations managers updated.
