Responsibilities

• Monitor entry and exit points to protect company assets
• Enforce security policies professionally and fairly
• Maintain knowledge of security procedures and best practices
• Qualify annually with a firearm to maintain certification
• Prepare detailed security reports and communicate effectively
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Attend training sessions and seminars on security and law enforcement practices

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Criminal Justice degree a plus
• Prior experience in private security required; military or law enforcement background preferred
• Must obtain or have within 90 days: PERC card, FOID card, 20-hour basic security training, and 20-hour firearm training
