Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license if operating company/customer vehicles.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws and may be required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications (AHA/ARC) required or able to obtain.
• Firearms qualifications (Federal and state).
• NWDTP certification required.
• OC, Baton and handcuffing certifications.
• Defensive tactics and de-escalation training.

Responsibilities

• Provide armed protective services per Allied Universal standards.
• Conduct armed patrols, access control, CCTV and alarm monitoring.
• Report safety concerns and incidents in writing and verbally.
• Respond to emergencies per security protocols and site orders.
• Greet and assist visitors and employees; maintain visitor control.
• Patrol facility on foot or in vehicle and monitor radios/alarms.
