Allied Universal in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Armed Security Officer Patrol Observation to safeguard government facilities and other sites on a part-time schedule. Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at government facilities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of government buildings, parking areas, perimeter grounds, and other assigned locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorizations, and permitted entry per site policies and regulations.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required records regarding incidents, patrols, unusual activities, and security observations.

As an Armed Patrol Officer at a government location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. You will support a welcoming environment through clear communication and exceptional customer service while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at government facilities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of government buildings, parking areas, perimeter grounds, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorizations, and permitted entry in accordance with site-specific policies and applicable regulations.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required records regarding incidents, patrols, unusual activities, and security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
