Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients with security‑related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access‑control issues, and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct armed patrols of buildings, data areas, parking, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document activity per site rules.
• Maintain incident reports and shift communications following post procedures.
