Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Armed Perimeter Patrol) in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves patrolling facilities, maintaining a visible security presence, and responding to incidents while delivering excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

The position requires an active DoD Secret Clearance, a Texas Level III Armed Certification, and a minimum of 2–3 years related experience. Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Level III Armed Certification in Texas required.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors and contractors while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of facilities, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access control points and verify credentials.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with emergency responders.
• Prepare accurate patrol and incident reports.
