Qualifications

• 3 years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience or 5 years of armed security experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license required.
• Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by security procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols in retail areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Maintain incident reports and patrol logs.
