Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Armed Security Officer in New Orleans, LA. You will perform armed patrols, maintain a visible presence, respond to incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors.

Day-to-day duties include controlling access, documenting activities, and coordinating with site contacts. A valid guard card, 21+ age, and a high school diploma are required, with background checks and drug screening per policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements include armed guard card or license.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Industry-specific security training required.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, employees, and the public while following site policies and emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of assigned areas to deter incidents and report hazards.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and disturbances calmly and professionally.
• Monitor access points and direct visitors while verifying credentials.
• Maintain reports and logs and relay information to site leadership.
