Allied Universal in Elizabeth City, NC is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Armed Patrol to safeguard clients across facilities. You will perform armed patrols, monitor access, respond to emergencies, and provide professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least one year of armed security or military experience, 21+ years old, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background and drug screening. Training and licensing may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation conducted as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Industry-specific security training may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner following site procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions and policy violations.
• Complete required reports and maintain activity logs for leadership.
