Job summary

Allied Universal in De Leon Springs, FL is seeking a Part Time Armed Security Officer. You will conduct armed patrols at aerospace/defense locations, control access points, and provide professional customer service while maintaining a strong security presence on site.

Minimum requirements include an armed guard card or license and an active DoD Secret Clearance; you must be at least 21, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to work Tue–Wed 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Armed guard card or license required.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigations and drug screen per law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and policy.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with calm, structured reporting and escalation.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities and restricted areas to deter incidents.
• Monitor access control points and verify authorization for personnel and vehicles.
• Document observations and incidents in required reports and communicate with leadership.
