The role requires a dependable professional with strong situational awareness, sound judgment, and a polished presence to maintain a safe environment and represent the organization with integrity. The ideal candidate holds ACT 235 certification, PA firearms license, carries a personal firearm, and can work Tuesday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.

Qualifications

• Current ACT 235 Certification (PA Lethal Weapons Training Act).
• Valid Pennsylvania License to Carry Firearms.
• Personal firearm ownership.
• Duty belt and required armed gear.
• Reliable transportation.
• Prior armed security experience.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand and/or patrol for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure presence at assigned location.
• Deter criminal activity and enforce property policies.
• Conduct routine patrols of premises.
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies.
• Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports.
• Coordinate with property management and local authorities when necessary.
