The role requires a dependable professional with strong situational awareness, sound judgment, and a polished presence to maintain a safe environment and represent the organization with integrity. The ideal candidate holds ACT 235 certification, PA firearms license, carries a personal firearm, and can work Tuesday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.

Qualifications

Current ACT 235 Certification (PA Lethal Weapons Training Act).
Valid Pennsylvania License to Carry Firearms.
Personal firearm ownership.
Duty belt and required armed gear.
Reliable transportation.
Prior armed security experience.
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to stand and/or patrol for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Maintain a secure presence at assigned location.
Deter criminal activity and enforce property policies.
Conduct routine patrols of premises.
Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies.
Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports.
Coordinate with property management and local authorities when necessary.
