Skills/Abilities:

Seeking current or retired local, state, federal, or military law enforcement personnel for armed security positions.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to see, hear, speak, and write clearly for effective communication.
• Capability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to twist, turn, bend, stand, and walk as required to perform duties as a security officer.

Qualifications:

• Must be law enforcement or former law enforcement/military.
• Current law enforcement officers or retired officers with an active Illinois PERC card and firearms training certification.
• At least 2 years of security experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• US citizen or Green Card holder.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willingness to participate in a personal interview at our training facility or other locations if needed.
